The book is kept at the unit’s reception at Quinta da Ouriva and can be asked for at any time by patients, relatives and companions. If you would rather write later, you can do it from home: the Testimonials and Compliments Book page carries a form for leaving your account, and that is where we publish the ones we receive.

This is not a formality. The participation and shared responsibility of patients and of their families, informal carers or legal representatives is one of this unit’s stated values, and what you write feeds our NP EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System as raw material for continuous improvement — both the compliment that confirms a team is getting it right and the suggestion that points to what is still missing.
